Patrick likes Trout fishing with his children and enjoys a good glass of Scotch. We tried to incorporate this all in the cake.

Happy Birthday Aiden. I love Nemo, he is such a happy looking fish. I covered this cake in buttercream, more like I pipped it all with a start tip (phew, it took so long).
