Happy Birthday Rob!

Here is Rob with our children enjoying his birthday cake. I was swamped with orders the minute I got home and had to whip up a cake for him. I made a vanilla cake filled with chocolate buttercream and a banana dulce de leche. Cake was covered in chocolate buttercream, drizzled with chocolate ganache and more dulce de leche. I made little circle in marzipan to decorate the cake.
I was hoping to get really creative with the design, but I just had no time. I came back to work 13+ hours each day this weekend.
