My son Hayden's 3rd Birthday cake. The car on top of the cake was made by my husband. He tried, God love him.
Lastly, my mother's 75th Birthday cake. My sister came in from Toronto to surprise my mom and we decorated this cake together. Its a lemon cake filled with lemon curd and covered with marzipan. I was inspired by a Martha Stewart embossed cake in her Weddings book. We used a shortbread cookie mold as our mold. My sister made the rose with fondant. Happy Birthday mom.
