Our latest rescue dog

We have had a very tough year with our dogs. I had to put to sleep my 12 year old boxer Keela who I had since she was a baby. We decided to get a Bloodhound rescue after Keela. We had issues with her (Lily) and she had to go back to her previous foster home. After Lily we got Kaya (a baby boxer-I love Boxers). At 6 months Kaya was hit by a car and died. Phew! we were terribly heartbroken with losing her and were really not ready for another dog yet, but...our loving and very sweet Copper was in desperate need of a home. So here he is, Copper, our newest family member. I hope this year proves to be a healthy and safe year for all of us, including our 4 legged friends.

So, if I may, RIP Keela, Kaya, Margie (I had to put one of my cats down the day after Kaya died).
